Aldeas Infantiles SOS Mexico is an independent, non-governmental Priate Care Institution promoting social development without any religious inclination whose goal is to form families for children who have lost the protection of their own parents, welcoming them into a system which allows them to develop a normal life, and thus bringing them up to be worthy young citizens.

Aldeas Infantiles SOS joins efforts around the world in order to give a home to boys and girls in a permanent residence and in a stable environement, suitable for forming their own future and participating in the development of their communities. Aldeas Infantiles SOS works according to the spirit of the Convention on the Rights of the Rights of the Child of the United Nations and promotes these rights all around the world. Aldeas Infantiles SOS operates as a permanent assessor in the Social and Economic Council of the United Nations.
