What we do?

When an event is organized in which your organization is present, let us know! Events are an excellent means of securing funds. We can send our professional team of fundraisers to speak about your organization to the event assistants. We adapt to each and every need to secure funds during any type of activity: conferences, university campus events, sporting occasions, report presentations and one-day events.

Always found with a smile on their faces, and the utmost politeness, our fundraisers visit businesses on the highstreet, informing the owners of the projects and the undertakings that the organization is doing. We stress the great impact that it can have for the organization when a business agrees to collaborate long-term.

Our team of profession fundraisers visits houses in áreas designated specifically for this type of fundraising, in order to urge possible donators to contribute to our clients´causes by means of regular donations over a long period of time with either a bank account or credit card.

Face to face
Its names include Face to Face, Direct dialogue, Door to Door and street fundraising. The idea is to secure for our organizations loyal and contented donators who are ready to have a regular and long-term commitment with them, normally on a monthly time-scale through their account or bank card. We do not ask for cash, cheques or any other specific form of donation; what we do is secure donators who continue to collaborate and even increase their involvement throughout their life.

Stands
A useful way of securing funds in closed spaces is to use a stand. Doing this, we are much more visible! Those who represent the organization are always well identified and are to be found with a happy and positive attitude which passes on to passers-by. The objective is to bring the NGO closer to people, make them aware of what it does so that they become enthused by with the organization´s project, securing their help for the longest period of time possible.

Our team of fundraisers searches for offices and requests permission to have a chat about the NGO in question with the intention of securing donators for the same organization.

Mexico
We currently have people teams in 15 of the most important cities in Mexico with a team that exceeds 100 facers. Throughout our experience in Mexico, we have got more than 60.000 recurrent donors for some of the most prestigious organizations in the world.
Peru
In 2015 we started our activities in Peru, getting regular donors for UNICEF. Plans for 2018 are very ambitious, increasing our presence in other cities in the country and doubling the amount of donors achieved in 2017.
Colombia
We are now working in Bogotá, Cali, Medellín, Tunja and Pereira. In 2016 we got more than 14.000 new donors for our customers
Spain
Our central office is in Spain. We offer support to all the other offices in order to achieve greater quality, productivity, development and trustworthiness.
Poland
At the end of 2014 we started the fundraising campaigns in Krakow, Breslavia, Poznan and Katowice.
Portugal
During 2016 our facers have transmitted the aims of the NGOs campaigns to more than 100.000 people. We have permanent teams in Lisbon, Coimbra, Ilha da Madeira, Setúbal and we make road-trips to all the cities in the country
Italy
Since we start the activity in Italy our teams have worked in Padova, Vicenza, Venice, Rovigo, Milan, Como, Bologna and Rome, and they have obtained 5335 regular partners for the NGOs we work with
