The Red Cross is positioned in the intervention with the most vulnerable centers of the population, it provides its support to the most disadvantaged groups, some of which are: People and families affected by the crisis, people with HIV/AIDS, women in social difficulty, elderly and dependent persons, deprived of liberty ones, etc. Its main priority will be to offer emergency humanitarian aid to those people who most need it.
